Your Player Profile keeps your delivered clips, Clip Vault, and available unused clip credits connected to your email. It gives you one place to come back to later without needing a login.
If you buy a multi-clip pack and do not use every clip right away, the remaining credits stay tied to your email. You can use them later for future games, different dates, different arenas, or another player.
Reply to your original order or delivery email with the new game details and the moment you need. If your Player Profile shows available clips, you can also start from your profile and use the available request path shown there.
Yes. Clip credits can be used across multiple games, dates, arenas, or players. A bundle does not have to be used on one game.
Most clips are short hockey moments such as goals, saves, shifts, assists, penalties, or key plays. Longer moments may require multiple clip credits depending on the request.
Most clips are delivered within a few hours. Simple requests during active hours are often much faster. Delivery depends on request detail, game length, footage availability, and current order volume.
ClipMyGame only works when the rink has available LiveBarn footage. If the rink is not covered, the footage is unavailable, or the clip cannot be retrieved, we will confirm the issue and make it right with a refund or credit depending on the situation.
